Program Staff These are the most public Camp Fleischmann members as you see them every day working on merit badges, first class skills and other fun activities like sailing and archery. Program staff members must be 15+ years old to serve on staff.
Support Staff These are the members of the Camp Fleischmann who work behind the scenes like the kitchen crew preparing 3 wholesome meals a day, the camp ranger who makes sure water arrives at your campsite just like at home, the trading post staff who supplies your extra nutritional content each day. The minimum age for support staff varies by the area being served.
Staff in Training A young Scout, typically age 15-16 years old, spends time in a variety of program areas in a non-paid capacity. The Program Director tailors the program for the staff in training member to best match their skills and the needs of the program at camp.
